Yes, all of our cleaners are fully insured and bonded for your protection and peace of mind.

Yes, for jet washing we’ll need access to an outdoor tap and a power supply. For window cleaning, we bring our own purified water system but may still need access to a water source for larger jobs.

We use professional equipment and adjust the pressure to suit the surface we’re cleaning. However, jet washing can sometimes loosen or dislodge old grouting or sand between paving stones.

Payment is due in full immediately after the job is completed. We accept cash or card payments on the day, and a receipt can be provided on request. Please ensure payment is ready to avoid any delays.

Light rain doesn’t affect our service, and we can still achieve great results. For heavy rain or severe weather, we may reschedule to ensure the best outcome.
