Use of Customer Utilities
For jet washing services, we require access to an outdoor water supply and electricity at your property. Please ensure these are available and accessible on the day of service.

Weather Conditions
Window cleaning results can be affected by weather conditions. While we take care to provide a streak-free finish, factors such as direct sunlight, high winds, or rain may cause streaking or spotting after the service.

Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the job.

Streaks and Spots
We use purified water and professional techniques to minimise streaks. However, in rare cases, streaks or water spots may appear as windows dry, especially in hot or sunny weather.

Access to Windows
For safety and quality reasons, all windows must be safely accessible. We may be unable to clean certain windows if access is restricted or hazardous.

Fragile Surfaces
If you are aware of any fragile glass, loose fittings, or other issues that may be impacted by cleaning, please inform us prior to our visit.

Grouting and Sand Displacement
The jet washing process uses high-pressure water that can in some instances loosen or dislodge grouting, mortar, or sand between paving stones. This is a natural result of cleaning and we cannot accept responsibility for any displacement that occurs.

Delicate Surfaces
Some surfaces may not be suitable for high-pressure cleaning. If you have concerns about delicate materials or pre-existing wear and tear, please advise us in advance so we can assess and adjust our methods if possible.

Water Run-Off
Jet washing can result in water and dirt run-off in surrounding areas. We take steps to minimise this, but some temporary splashing is unavoidable.

Surface-Level Cleaning
This service removes surface dirt, algae, and light staining only. It may not eliminate ingrained marks, weathering, or long-term discolouration.

Access Around Property
Clear access is required around the property. We may be unable to clean areas that are obstructed or unsafe to reach using our water-fed pole system.

Gutter Interiors Not Included
Fascia and soffit cleaning does not include internal gutter clearing unless this has been booked as a separate service.

Surface Preparation
We clean and lightly prepare the fence surface before painting, but we do not carry out sanding or major repairs unless previously agreed.
Paint Coverage
We supply all necessary paint and materials by default, using Ronseal One Coat Fence Life or Cuprinol Ducksback for long-lasting protection. If you prefer to provide your own paint, we cannot guarantee the finish or durability.
Weather Conditions
Fence painting is weather-dependent. We may need to reschedule if rain, strong winds, or excessive moisture could affect the finish or drying time.

Scope of Work
We handle minor to moderate carpentry work such as repairing doors, skirting boards, and shelves. Larger or custom projects must be quoted separately.
Materials and Finish
We provide standard materials (MDF, softwood, fixings, filler, glue, etc.) unless you request otherwise. Matching finishes or wood types exactly may not always be possible due to age or availability.
Access and Safety
We require clear and safe access to the work area. If the space is obstructed or hazardous, we may not be able to carry out the work.

While we take every precaution to protect your property and deliver excellent results, EverClean London cannot be held liable for:

Damage resulting from pre-existing faults, poor surface condition, or fragile materials.
Natural wear caused by professional cleaning methods.
Any adverse effects due to weather following the completion of our services.
